About the Magazine:

The Toronto Globalist was founded in 2005 and has been nominated as the best campus publication at University of Toronto.  The magazine has offices at Sussex Court on the St. George Campus of the University of Toronto. In the upcoming year, the Globalist plans to expand its on-campus presence through a series of speaker events, collaborations with the International Relations Society, and hosting social events. The Globalist wants to increase its use of social media and is seeking to engage readers with a new article model based on first-hand reporting.

About the Editor-in-Chief: Matthew Gray

Matthew Gray is in his third year studying International Relations & History, with a minor in Political Science.  Matthew became involved with The Toronto Globalist in his first year, becoming the Head Productions Editor.  Matthew loves doing design and communications work for The Globalist.

About other members of the Board:

Bedour Alagraa – Managing Editor

Bedour is a fourth year University of Toronto student and majors in International Relations and Political Science and has been involved with the Toronto Globalist’s publishing department in the past and currently serves as Managing Editor for the magazine.

Lia Ferrari – Finance Director of Treasury

Lia is a fourth year English student at the University of Toronto. She has joined the Toronto Globalist this year and is serving in the position of Finance Director.

Charlie Jurczynski – Finance Director of Fundraising

Charlie is a fourth year student, finishing a Political Science major, and English and Writing & Rhetoric minors.  This is his first year on the Toronto Globalist staff and he is serving a one year term as Finance Director of Fundraising.
